Sweet sweet vindication. Have you ever had a time when someone said something SO mean about you, that you just wanted to explode?? Perhaps that same someone calls a friend or family member, and goes on about your transgressions... emails them even.... Then perhaps said friend/family member emails YOU and says, well, now that we know the truth, we are totally supporting you.... it may not be much, but it was enough to let me know that the slam campaign didn't work :)

How can a cat be your best friend?

Ok, so, for anyone who gets this.. and there are few... know that, right now, My cat is my best friend. He loves me.. and not just for treats. he licks my hand and smiles at me.. like he really cares. He never changes his facebook status to single.. he just loves me... forever.  I don't know what I would do without him. I promise you this. If it ever comes to a separation, I am getting the cat. bottom line. he is my love. he is my boy. he is my life. Yes, Mat bought him for me, but that means he is mine.. my darling baby Auggie.. the boy who fills my vaccuum container with fur. I could make a whole other cat from that fur!! However, it would never equal my Auggie.. Mat named him Augustine, for the town where he proposed to me.. well, regardless of that, he is my baby Auggie, and right now, he is my world.. as for friends... I love you Lenore.. I love you Colleen.. one day Coll, you and I will hold each other and cry ... Lenore, you get it... out of all the family, you get it..
